Special Weather Statement issued May 17 at 4:43AM EDT by NWS Marquette MI Areas of fog, dense at times especially across Menominee and Delta counties, have formed across the eastern half of the UP. This may lead to rapid drops in visibility and hazardous travel for the morning commute. Slow down and use low beams when encountering fog, and allow for extra time to reach your destination. The fog will quickly lift in the hours following sunrise.
