Water is several feet deep over most of the mall and customs parking lots. The lowest residences are threatened and roads and low bridges become very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.0 feet (4.0 meters). - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet (2.1 meters). - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.9 feet (6.7 meters) early Monday morning.
