General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "HENRY" was estimated based on all available data at 70 km West Southwest of Abucay, Bataan (14.4°N, 119.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Visayas and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Biliran** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Sangputan, Palo, Solano (Quilot), Daguitan Marabang, Cadac-an, Bongquirogon, Salug, Pagbangahan, Pagsangahan and Binahaan. + **Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Basey, Silanga, Calbiga and Jibatan. + **Southern Leyte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bisay, Himbangan and Pandan. + **Northern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Catarman, Bugko, Pambujan, Catubig, Palapag, Mawo and Gamay. + **Eastern Samar** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Oras, Dolores, Ulot, Taft, Borongan, Suribao, Llorente, Balangiga and Sulat. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to be alert for possible flashfloods
