General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta.
