General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 1,195 km East of Northern Luzon (17.0°N, 132.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 195 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 240 km/h. It is moving Westward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **North Cotabato** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
