General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 520 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (21.9°N, 126.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **North Cotabato** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
