ฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณอ่าวตังเกี๋ยและพายุดีเปรสชันบริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลาง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่ง บริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออกและภาคใต้ สำหรับบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสมซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain The moderate southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Meanwhile the low-pressure cell cover the Gulf of Tonkin and Depression over the central of South China Sea. More rain and isolated heavy to very heavy rains are forecast in the Northeast, the Central, Bangkok and vinicity, the East and the South regions. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are moderated. The wave are 1-2 meters high, and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All transport takes more caution when traveling through the thundershowers areas. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
