This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Birmingham, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook, Irondale, Fultondale, Pleasant Grove, Adamsville, Graysville, Sylvan Springs, Brookside, Mulga, Maytown, West Jefferson, Birmingham Southern College, Legion Field, Ensley, Birmingham Fairgounds, B.j.c.c. and Forestdale. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
