Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Friday night. Special Weather Statement issued June 25 at 3:47PM CDT by NWS Paducah KY At 347 PM CDT/447 PM EDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lynnville to near Grayville. Movement was southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Evansville, Princeton, Mount Carmel, Fort Branch, Oakland City, Albion, Grayville, Haubstadt, Darmstadt, Owensville, Poseyville, Lynnville, Winslow, New Harmony, Patoka, Cynthiana, Folsomville, Elberfeld, Francisco, and Somerville. This includes the following highways... Interstate 69 in Indiana between Mile Markers 17 and 47. Interstate 64 in Indiana between Mile Markers 1 and 54. Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 127 and 130. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
