Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1051 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Pacifica, Brisbane, Colma and Broadmoor. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
