In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County and Union County. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous fast-moving showers and thunderstorms are expected to repeatedly develop over east central to northeastern New Mexico through this evening.
