Area streams and creeks will continue to rise from last night's heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gatesville, Hamilton, Goldthwaite, Hico, Evant, Mullin, Fort Gates, South Mountain, Osage, Ridge, Arnett, Harbin, Hurst Springs, Democrat, Shive, Star, Bee House, Aleman, Moline and Pottsville.
