Locations impacted include... Rochester, Winona, Decorah, La Crescent, Waukon, Cresco, Arcadia, Caledonia, Wabasha, Whitehall, Preston, Lansing, Alma, Buffalo, Stewartville, Byron, Goodview, St. Charles, Plainview, and Chatfield. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 193 and 276. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
